Remote Tele-Reminders Automated Telephone & Email Service

Remote Tele-Reminders Service has the same features as our Tele-Reminders system except Automation Development Group makes the calls and sends the emails for you. This service is great for offices that do not want to setup and maintain the Tele-Reminders system, but want to take advantage of the revenue generating opportunities of a reminder system. A contact file is automatically uploaded from your office to our system each day. The calls are made using our dialers and the emails are sent from our email processing system. The results file is then automatically downloaded back to your office and your database is updated. You can then run reports to see the contact results. No-Answers are re-called at later times in an attempt to secure a contact.

Set it and forget it! This system can be setup in about two minutes and needs no additional staff support. This service is available for both Standard and Pro versions.

* a call is considered a contact if a person answers the telephone or a message is left on an answering machine. No-Answers and Bad Numbers are not considered contacts.
