Here are some of the screens from the Patient Scheduling System. The first two screen shots are the two main displays you can choose from. Each user in your office can select the main display that best fits their needs.
Multi-Provider Display
Use to display up to 6 Providers or Procedures for a single day at a time. Best used for offices with more than one physician or when you prefer to schedule patients based on a visit category (blood work, x-ray, etc.)
Multi-Day Display
Use to display appointments for the entire week for a single Provider or Procedure at one time. Best used for locations with a single Provider that wants to view the entire week at a glance.
Patient Information
Use to store and display patient information. The only required fields are First and Last Name, Phone Number. This allows for fast input of new patients.

Use to establish and change basic program options and services
Tele Reminders Options
Use to establish and change Automated Reminder Calls and Email options and services
Tele Reminders Display
Main Tele-Reminders display. Shows current call status, calls made and call results
